At El Big Bad, we proudly use 100% blue weber agave tequila in all of our infused creations. Unlike some tequilas that contain only 51% agave and mix in other sugars (known as “mixto”), our tequila comes entirely from blue weber agave. This choice results in a higher-quality tequila with a fuller, richer, and more agave-forward flavor. Because we use 100% agave, the fresh ingredients in our infusions shine through, delivering a pure and flavorful experience in every sip.

Our Unique Infusion Process: Maceration

We craft all of our infused tequilas in-house through a process called maceration. First, we carefully soak fresh ingredients in our tequila, allowing the flavors to meld together over time.
