Crafted with 100% Blue Weber Agave Tequila

At El Big Bad, we proudly use 100% blue weber agave tequila in all of our infused creations. Unlike some tequilas that contain only 51% agave and mix in other sugars (known as “mixto”), our tequila comes entirely from blue weber agave. This choice results in a higher-quality tequila with a fuller, richer, and more agave-forward flavor. Because we use 100% agave, the fresh ingredients in our infusions shine through, delivering a pure and flavorful experience in every sip.

Our Unique Infusion Process: Maceration

We craft all of our infused tequilas in-house through a process called maceration. First, we carefully soak fresh ingredients in our tequila, allowing the flavors to meld together over time. Then, based on the ripeness and flavor balance, we adjust the infusion time for each batch. Because of this close attention to detail, every batch becomes unique and full of vibrant flavors.
