Party Packages & Catering Options

We have several catering packages to choose from. So, each is crafted with bold flavors and perfect for any gathering:

Fajita Fiesta ($35 per person): Savor a classic fajita combo with chicken, beef, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, tortillas, grilled onions, rice, and beans. Also, included are chips, red & green salsa, and queso.
El Gran Parrillada ($63 per person): A more deluxe option with chicken, beef, shrimp diablo, pork ribs, and jalapeño sausage. Additionally, this package includes chips, salsa, empanadas, and queso for an unforgettable dining experience.
Not My First Rodeo ($45 per person): This option features chicken and beef fajitas, chips, salsa, and queso. Further, this package includes stuffed empanadas. Thus, it’s a great choice for mid-sized events looking for bold flavors.
Taco Party ($25 per person):Enjoy a taco combo of chicken and beef with cilantro and onions. Also, includes chips, salsa, and queso for a casual. Thus, a crowd-pleasing event.

Enhance Your Private Party with Add-Ons

We offer a wide variety of appetizers and desserts to take your private event to the next level:

Appetizers (minimum 30 pieces per order):

Ceviche Tropical: $4 per piece
Mini Crab Cakes: $6 per piece
Sliders: $4 per piece
Adobo Skewers: $4 per piece (chicken, beef, or veggie)

Desserts:

Churros: Choice of classic, strawberry, or Bavarian cream, $5 per person.
Tres Leches Cake: Available in ½ sheet (42 servings, $135) or full sheet (80 servings, $210)

Private Party Menu options for Beverage Tab

Host provided beverage tab: Your guests may order on your tab. But, you can put limits or restrictions. For example, limit means tab not to exceed predetermined dollar amount. To clarify, restriction could mean no shots. Also, another possible restriction is max price per drink.
Drink Tickets: We provide the tickets. You select the ticket value. Then, ticket may be redeemed for any beverage up to that drink price.
No Host provided beverages: So, your guests may start their own tabs.

Infused Bottles for offsite consumption

Our house made Infused Tequila bottles make great gifts. Additionally, they are great for your event at your location.

200 mL: Ideal for gifting to your guests to take home after your private party. Thus, they will remember your event for a long time.
750 mL: A perfect size for mid-sized events. Also, great for small after party back at the hotel.
1 L: Great for large parties and gatherings. For example, have your large event at your house or another location and bring the El Big Bad experience with you. Don’t forget to add our Citrus Mix. So you can make our margaritas and cocktails.
